Consists to deliver, every year, a Panerai watch (altogether are availables 7 units of the model Chrono Mare Nostrum, ref. 5218-301/a) to a Commando or to an Helmet-Diver man of the Italian Navy’s Commandos Com.Sub.In. - T. Tesei, considered particulary worthy according the same headquarter. In the beginning the award was delivered to the best cadet at the end of the training course, alternatively of the Commandos Operation’s Group or of the Helmet-Divers Operation’s Group, while they decided to award prize the Commando or the Helmet-Diver man, usual of the -Com.Sub.In.-, considered particulary worthy in that year training course. The first watch was delivered in November 1995, while the last in the November 2002: 1995-Matr. no. 0433, 1996-Matr. no. 0287, 1998-Matr. no. 0094, 1999-Matr. no. 0926, 2000-Matr. no. 0005, 2001-Matr. no. 0004 e 2002-Matr. no. 0003. Finally, other three units, the no. 0287-0380 and 0490 have been given free to the same Navy.
