Bocca di Serchio. The old farm-house no more knocked down!
According this article of the 31st October 2006, published in the Pisa's local news of the national newspaper -QN La Nazione-, the old farm-house and the other building (in the photo of the article) in Bocca di Serchio-Tuscany that, in the 1940's, were the secret training HQ of the X Flottiglia MAS, especially of the operators of the Siluri a Lenta Corsa-S.L.C., i. e. the -maiali-..., might be knocked down for building a sort of beauty-farm with tennis fields, swimming pool, restaurant and 167 accomodation seats! Against this sad proposal, of the Comune di Vecchiano (the Dept. Area), there are a local citizens-board with some local politics, the Club Panerai and the Premio Artiglio of Viareggio, who have interested also the Italian Minister of the Culture (F. Rutelli), the Undersecretary of the Culture (A. Marcucci) and other politics, ever in Rome.

Mon. 9th Feb. 2009, during the swearing-in ceremony of new 8 Commandos (G.O.I.) of the Special Unit -Com.Sub.In.- of the Italian Navy, whom 2 officiers, the President of the Italian Chamber of the Parliament, G. Fini and the Italian Minister of the Defense, I. La Russa, said that, finally, the Bocca di Serchio's house, has been located under the protection of the Italian Minister of the Culture (see the italian law), so anybody can sell or rebuild the -old farm house-, without the permission of the same Minister.
