Geneva Sihh 2010 (+ Planetarium Clock -Jupiterium- and Boat -Eilean-)

Here are all the new models of the Collection Panerai for the 2010 (and for the 150th Anniversary...) (Letter M) introduced at the SIHH in Geneva-CH, scheduled from the 18th to the 22nd January 2010.

Historic Collection 2010:

(Now to this Collection, belongs also both the Luminor 1950 Gmt 8 days and both the Radiomir 8 days with the Manifattura mvt.)

Pam 336: Radiomir 42mm Rose Gold, with the new in-house (Manifattura) Panerai mvt. (the sixth) cal. P.999, hand-wound, 21,600 a/h, 19 jewels and a power reserve of 60 hours. Brown alligator strap, brown sandwich dial, pink gold hands, transparent case-back, water resistant to 100m and issued in 500 units at approx USD 17,500 (Rate: 1 Euro=1.40 USD);

Pam 337: Radiomir 42mm Steel (*), with the new cal. P.999 h/w Manifattura, at approx USD 7,500;

Pam 338: Radiomir 42mm Titanium (*), with the new cal. P.999 h/w Manifattura, at approx USD 8,500;

Pam 365: Luminor 1950 Tourbillon Gmt 6 days Equation of Time -L'Astronomo- (The Astronomer), cal. P.2005 h/w Manifattura, 50mm Titanium (or, on demand, Rose Gold), alligator strap, waterproof of 100m and issued only on demand at approx USD 220,000.

Finally, the 1st July 2010, has been published on Paneristi, the announcement relative to the Pam 360, the Luminor -For Paneristi-*, with a 44mm Dlc steel case, h/w mvt. cal. OP I, covered case-back with -Tenth Anniversary- engraved, black dial with the Logo OP, leather strap and ardillon buckle, Special Edition 2010 dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of Paneristi 2000-2010, issued in 300 units at Euro 5,500.00, already sold out!

Finally, the Manifattura Collection, now doesn't exist!

Panerai has also introduced, issued in three units, the Planetarium Clock -Jupiterium- (Key-wound mvt., 40 days of power reserve, 8 barrels with hours-minutes-small seconds-24 hours-linear power reserve indicator-perpetual calendar and the representation of the rotation of the celestial bodies around the Earth, 379 + 428 + 725, for a total of 1532 components, 75 x 75 x 86 cm…)

Boat - Eilean -

For the Boat -Eilean- in the September 2009 has happened the technical launching, after more than two and a half years of restoration works (see the article of K. Haagen-DK, published on Paneristi in the February 2008 and, for the Christening in La Spezia-I, in the October 2009) made by the Naval Shipyard -F. Del Carlo- in Viareggio-Italy. The boat will take part to the edition 2010 of the Trophy -Classic Yachts Challenge-.
